Payroll and Human Resources

  • Drafting individual employment contracts;
  • Preparing addendums, decisions, and seniority certificates for changes, suspensions, or terminations of individual employment contracts;
  • Registering all changes to individual employment contracts (employment, modification, suspension, termination) in the General Employee Record Register (REVISAL) and submitting them to the Labor Inspectorate (ITM);
  • Preparing monthly payrolls based on employment contracts, monthly attendance sheets, and other documents such as vacation leaves, medical leaves, unpaid leaves, contract suspensions, etc.;
  • Sending monthly payslips;
  • Submitting payment orders for salary taxes;
  • Preparing and submitting the monthly/quarterly statement regarding salary contributions (Form 112);
  • Filing requests for reimbursement of medical leave amounts covered by the National Health Insurance House.
